Motivation

Motivation played an important role in our daily life. Without motivation, we would have just giving up easily and we ourselves was not motivated by friends as they also no motivation. There were many different ways to get motivation from to motivate ourselves. For example, we could get motivation from families, teachers, and friends. Last but not least, we could also get motivation from ourselves.

Firstly, how do you motivate yourselves when you felt tired or lazy to either study or do homework? You should give some little entertainment for motivation. For example, we can force ourselves to study an hour in order to get the ' reward ' which can be your hobbies. Moreover, when you feel sleepy, you can actually rest for 15-30 minutes to not stressed up yourself. With the enough time of resting, we will eventually focus more and have an effective memories during our revisions.

In addition, families play a major role to give motivation especially to the small kids. It is because they are still small to make their decisions and think for themselves. Therefore, they will fell dismotivated and end up it will lead to depression. Parents especially should encourage their children by giving them rewards and gifts when they did something good such as get good grades in examination or maybe when parents wanted to encourage children to study. The example of rewards can be categorized which were sweets, gifts and more.

Also, school can be the second house for the children. It is because school hours nowadays were very long and we have extracurriculars after school. So, the time we were in school is linger than the time we were at home. Therefore, the teachers need to act as children's mother and father in school. As a caring teacher, they should treat them like their own children. Thus, teachers is needed to motivate the children in school. For example, teachers should conduct an activity which related to the syllabus and encourage them to involve. Then, the winner should have some rewards such as sweets. Furthermore, teachers should always encourage students by telling them some motivational quotes and moral support. Hence, teachers should always motivate students in order to produce a better quality of student.

In conclusion, motivation is important to all the young generation and this also can acts as a moral support to them. In another words, teachers also can acts as student's parents and give them motivation in order to help them gain confident in the examination and study.

My first experience as a Baby-sitter

During the school holidays, my friend's sister asked me to babysit her four-year-old son one Saturday night. I agreed thinking others would be an easy and fun way to earn some extra pocket money. When I arrived at the house, I was introduced to the child, Kris.

After the parents left, I asked Kris what he would like to play. " Train, " came the answer.  So I brought out his train set and helped him to put the tracks together. After a short while, he must have got bored and wandered off. I was concentrating on setting up the train set properly, so I did not notice his disappearance.

Suddenly, there was a loud crash. I neqruly jumped out of my skin. I was terrified to see that Kris was nowhere in sight. I ran to look for him and found him in the kitchen. He was standing in the middle of a big mess. Tins and containers of every size were all over the marble floor. ' I'm hungry, ' said Kris.

It was not yet his dinner time. But I decided to let him have his dinner while I cleaned up the mess. There was a bowl of porridge for his dinner. Kris stared at it and said he was not hungry. ' But you said you were hungry just now! ' I said in frustration. ' I want egg sandwich, ' Kris announced. I told Kris firmly that he had to eat the porridge. He seemed to give in and began to eat. With a sight of relief,  I started to clean up the mess.

One tin had roller under the table where Kris was eating his dinner. I bent down to get it. Something wet and sticky landed on the back of my neck. It was the porridge! Kris grinned mischievously. I counted to ten slowly to control my temper as I wiped the porridge off my neck, my hair and clothes. Kris also had porridge all over his face and shirt. I had to give him a bath.

Unfortunately, he refused to have a bath. I had to carry him, kicking and yelling to the bathroom. In the end,  I was as wet as hee was and feeling bruised all over. When Kris refused to change for bed, I lost my patience and smacked his bottom. How he yelled, screamed and rolled on the floor. What a performance! I watched him and said nothing. He peeked at me and decided not to waste his time. He was tried out by then. I put him win need and read him a story. Were were friends by the time he fell asleep.

When the parents arrived home, they were pleased to see their son sleeping peacefully. They asked if I could babysit Kris again. I said, ' No! ' My first experience as a babysitter was also my last.

Advertisements do more harm than good

I have learn how to write an arguementative essays in school. So, today I would like to do an argumentative essays in my blog with a title of is advertisements do more harm than good?

In the 21st century, science and technologies had already conquered our country so well and everyone is well-known about advertisements. Am I right? Well, of course is a yes. This is because people will eventually meets many advertisement along the side of the street and also when we play games, thus when we are online. Many of us had already fed up seeing all the advertisements everyday. Through a recent research, people todays were force to see more than 5000 of advertisements a day. In another point of view, many people would think of advertisement is uncecessary because overload of advertisement is being shown up in the media everyday. I strongly agree that advertisements do more harm then good.

Firstly, it can be elucidated that through the load of advertisements, people are given too many choices, which make them less happy. Why do I say so? Well, advertising leads to many people being overwhelmed by endless need to decide between competing demands on their attention. In another word, this is known as tranny of choice or choice overload.

Moreover, advertisements make people nowadays to be self-centered. Advertisements tell children that they should have everything they want. Thus, it also give the impression, especially to thee children, that they can and should have everything they want. As a result, children become to obsessed and interested on material things and losing their moral values. For instance, their possessions and material things become their main concern and non material things like family and friends take a back seat. Therefore, they become self-centered. They only care for themselves and not others.

However, we can see that prices are cheaper because of advertisements. Well, that is a false argument. We can be sure that the producer does not lower the prices as it will lower their profit margin. Moreover, which would carry burden of advertising and do we expect producer to pay for it? Of house is not! The chat of advertisement remains on the shoulder of consumers. This may undoubtedly increase the prices of the product we buy. It might be difficult to believe but that is the truth.

Another point is advertisements are in attempt to brainwash customers. People cannot choose to ignore the advertisements because advertisers use many methods and ways to get their message across to the customers. Posters contain attention - grabbing words or provocative pictures. By targeting people's unconscious thoughts, advertisements are a form of brainwashing that take away people's freedoms to make choice. Therefore, we are all affected by advertisement in one way or other.

It may be argued that advertisements make our life more interesting. However, we cannot accept this argument because the levels of advertising address just too much these days, thus causing people cannot walk down the street, ride a bus, watch television or read your email without seeing advertisements. Recent research suggests that people living in a city today sees up to 5000 advertisements a day. I am sure their lives will not be interesting to be attacked by a huge quantity of information they might not want. An interesting lie is a life where we live in peace without being forced to watch, listen or view these useless advertisements.

Last but not least, advertisements try to make people's lives miserable about not having the products that are advertised. It is undeniable that advertisements make people feel inferior if they don't have the products that are advertised. This is especially true in women's beauty products where perceptions of beauty and fashion have been terribly distorted. As a result, many naive people feel that their skin will become smoother, their hair will become silkier only when they use certain brands. They feel that their lives are miserable without using the products advertised. In many advertisements, beauty is also equated to a slim body. As a result, many people, especially ladies, have low self-esteem and lead to unhealthy lifestyles as they geek there is a need to be thinner and more attractive like the models in advertisements. This again makes their lives miserable.

In summary,  it is undeniable true through advertisements increase the price if products, spoil us with too many choices and brainwash us, making Uzbekistan self-centered and miserable.

Unlucky moment

Everyone will have some unlucky moment. Therefore, I also have once in my life. I would not forget that moment, this feeling because I had a bad fall on my gymrama training. I had fractured my right ankle after I accidentally stepped on my gymrama ball. I heard a crack sound and it's so painful that I wouldn't even talk and I started to cry. On that day itself I couldn't walk and only managed to jump with my left leg to everywhere I wanted to. My mom send me to see a doctor for consultation but unfortunately all the clinic I went had closed due to it was a Saturday. Therefore, I was suggested to go for a X-ray to have a closer look of my swollen ankle by a specialist. After that I went to PPUM to have the X-ray. Unfortunately, I was accompanied by my mom and had waited patiently for 2 hours for the X-ray. After all the little thing, I was consulted by Dr. Tai and she was nice and friendly. I don't dare to tell my dad, so I decided to sleep over at my grandma's house for one day. But we knew that thing couldn't keep too long and the truth would also goes to my dad anyways. When I told him he was super angry and blame me on cheer but I quit cheer already, furthermore I was not injure in cheer practices. However, my father still can't believe the truth. But the second day, he brought me to tie da and I was little surprise about it but I didn't mention it out. Hihihhih..... That was the end of the blog this week. Bye!!!! 😀😀😀

Great experience

I have a great experience in Japan when I when for competition not long ago. In Japan, the cold wind blew violently especially at night as if touching my face gently. Everyday we have to walk to the bus station in order to reach to a destination. It was quite fun although the distance was really far. This is because the cold whether that were different from Malaysia and therefore we seldom sweat there although we run here and there. In Japan, the humidity is low therefore we eventually will not sweat easily.

Before going to a tiring practice, we went to a temple called Zenkō-ji. Zenkō-ji is a Buddhist temple located in Nagano, Japan. The temple was built in the 7th century. Nagano City, established in 1897, was originally a town built around the temple. Historically, Zenkō-ji is perhaps most famous for its involvement in the battles between Uesugi Kenshin and Takeda Shingen in the 16th century, when it served as one of Kenshin's bases of operations. Currently, Zenkō-ji is one of the last few remaining pilgrimage sites in Japan.Zenkō-ji was founded before Buddhism in Japan was split into several different sects, so it currently belongs to both the Tendai and Jōdoshū schools of Buddhism, and is co-managed by twenty-five priests from the former school, and fourteen from the latter.

The next day competition starts. The competition went through smoothly and Japanese were very specific in their time. Therefore, they will not miss the time with even one second. In another hand, the competition had ended when they was supposed to end. Duration of the competition is four days and we have spent whole four day in Nagano Olympic Stadium. That was a great experience for me and I have this golden opportunity to be the first team from Malaysia in this sport. After the fourth day of competition, it is finally prize giving ceremony. All our hard work had paid off quite well. Our team was successfully getting a fifth place in this grand competition. All the judges had gave a very good comments to our team.

The next day, we have spent half a day to travel in bus as we have to go to Narita which is nearer to airport. After that, the coaches had used up another one and the half hour to decide where are we going next. After lunch, we headed to Shisui Premium Outlet, one of the big open-air shopping complex. We also have spent our day there and enjoy ourselves in the shopping complex. With the weather, we have to put on our sweater because it was very windy and cold as if to freeze your whole body. After 4 hours of shopping, we have to leave the mall without any regrets. The next day, we have to leave the hotel and headed to the airport. Such a great experience in Japan. And now, I had missed Japan so much and I Wish I could go again.

Effects on divorce family

While virtually every child suffers the lost relationship and lost security described above, for many, the emotional scars have additional, more visible consequences. More than 30 years of research continues to reveal the negative effects of divorce on children. Most of these measurable effects are calculated in increased risks. In other words, while divorce does not mean these effects will definitely occur in your child, it does greatly increase the risks. The odds are simply against your kids if you divorce.

Research comparing children of divorced parents to children with married parents shows that children from divorced homes suffer academically. They experience high levels of behavioral problems. Their grades suffer, and they are less likely to graduate from high school. Kids whose parents divorce are substantially more likely to be incarcerated for committing a crime as a juvenile.
As a result of it, the custodial parent's income drops substantially after a divorce, children in divorced homes are almost five times more likely to live in poverty than are children with married parents.

Besides, teens from divorced homes are much more likely to engage in drug and alcohol use, as well as sexual intercourse than are those from intact families. Before you say, "Not my kid," remember that the children and teens represented in these statistics are normal kids, probably not much different from yours. Their parents didn't think they would get involved in these things, either. Again, we're looking at increased risks.

A few more statistics to consider which is children from divorced homes experience illness more frequently and recover from sickness more slowly. Furthermore, they are also more likely to suffer child abuse. Children of divorced parents suffer more frequently from symptoms of psychological distress and the emotional scars of divorce last into adulthood.

The scope of this last finding — children suffer emotionally from their parents' divorce — has been largely underestimated. Obviously, not every child of divorce commits crime or drops out of school. Some do well in school and even become high achievers. However, we now know that even these children experience deep and lasting emotional trauma. For all children, their parents' divorce colors their view of the world and relationships for the rest of their lives.

Stress

What is stress? Firstly, stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if their stress is caused by physical danger. But this can also be a bad thing, if their stress is in response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength. This class will discuss different causes of stress, how stress affects you, the difference between 'good' or 'positive' stress and 'bad' or 'negative' stress, and some common facts about how stress affects people today. So, how do stress affect us? Stress can affect both your body and your mind. People under large amounts of stress can become tired, sick, and unable to concentrate or think clearly. Sometimes, they even suffer mental breakdowns.

First of all, the stresses are mostly came when we have financial problems. One of the stresses the adult used to faced was the high debt of credit cards. Nowadays, we could actually buy things without using cash. Therefore, we do not control our money spent by us daily. Moreover, the savings rates have been steadily declining since a peak in the earHly 80’s when it was almost 18%. Today savings is pretty much non-existent hovering around 2% to 5%. This is far from what we need to save to be financially secure in the future. This is a real serious problem because our financial future both on a macro level and a micro level is largely dependent on how much we save today. Unfortunately the real consequence of a low savings rate has yet to be seen. Nevertheless, there is no formal education on money. Who teach us to use our money systematically? There is only a few formal financial education in the school system. There is very little offered in the workplace. So many people have to learn from friends or family but that creates it’s own set of problems because many of them don’t have the knowledge, ability or resources to teach others about money. In conclusion of this paragraph, the stress could come from the financial problems which faced by us now and made us depressed.

In another hand, teenagers in the era of globalization have many stresses which mainly come from their studies. It is because most of the modern parents wanted their child to get a superb results in their examination. Therefore, the parents will arranged their children's schedule packed with tuition and activities. In spite of that, teenagers hold a lot of responsibility in their respective society. The above reasons can cause them stress and will get them in trouble. Then, they will eventually cause problems in school and becomes a discipline problem which will directly stressed up the teachers too. Also, when the examination is close they will burn their midnight oil to study in order to get a good result. They also will stressed themselves up to think a better way in order to study effectively. When they did not reach the target that their parents gave, they will feel sad and get pressure. Indirectly, this will increase the rate of people commit suicide. In retrospect, all the authority should try to avoid stress in order to let the teenagers to live in a peaceful life. It is because teenager's life was supposed to be the most happiest moment in our whole life.

Also, parents divorce will also cause their children to stress. Before they divorce, they will quarrelled and fought everyday and lead their children to feel depressed. In contrast, after they divorce the children which do not know who they wanted to follow have to choose whether going with mother or father. This is hard for them to make such an important decision. They will feel stressful and having problems in their daily routines. In addition, the children will tease by their friends if they do not have a mother or a father. This will lead the child to have pressure to go to school and social activities. Therefore, they will stay at home and lock themselves up I the room the whole day. So before deciding to divorce, make sure you have done all you can to improve your relationship to prevent our children being stress over their parents. Moreover, divorce will highlights your fears and sensitivities, so old wounds from the past might resurface. You will need to recover your self-esteem, which will take time. Hence, divorce is kind of a serious thing that will effect our children in either mentally or physically.

In conclusion, there are many reasons that causes the stress among the teenagers nowadays. Therefore, we need to learn how to solve our problems and do not ever stressed yourself up.
